FAYS – Filipino American Youth Summit 2026

FAYS (Filipino American Youth Summit) is a recreation of GYC or FAASDA hosted by the Higher Ground Youth Ministry (Orlando Filipino SDA). This event aims to gather and connect Filipino American Youth and Young Adults from Seventh-day Adventist churches across the state of Florida for a weekend of faith-filled worship and fellowship. The event will take place from July 31 to August 2, 2026 and will be hosted at the Orlando Filipino Seventh Day Adventist Church (Gymnasium) located at 1226 Bunnell Rd, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714
ALL are welcomed to participate regardless of race or ethnicity. (This event is for ages 11 – 30+. Minors will need a legal guardian/designated chaperone present to attend and participate in this event. Notarized consent forms for all attendees are required.)

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Complete these steps BEFORE the event. The sooner, the better.
Step 1: Fill out online registration form.
Step 2: Download, print and fill out the Adult and/or Minor Consent Forms – these MUST be notarized and date-stamped before July 17, 2026. Scan your notarized form(s) and save them in PDF format, upload them to the Registration Form (see orange button below – scroll down on this page) as proof of registration. (Be sure to also bring your physical notarized forms with you to the event – you will need to turn them in at the event registration desk upon check-in to finalize your registration.)
Step 3: Send payment via approved payment methods listed on forms.
All persons planning to attend ANY of the event days will need to register, fill out a consent form and have it notarized. For minors who plan to attend without their parent(s), they will also need to have a Minor Consent Form filled out and notarized before July 17, 2026.
All attendees will need to sign a liability and media release form to participate and attend this event; this is included on all consent forms. Disclaimers: By entering and being present at the Orlando Filipino Seventh-day Adventist Church services and/or premises, you consent to photography, audio/video recording, and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for live-streaming, promotional purposes, advertisting, inclusion on website, and/or any other purposes by OFSDA. You release OFSDA, its clergy, church officers, employees, and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, and/or publication of photographs, computer images, viseo, and/or sound recording.
Deadline to register, notarize and send PDF scans of consent forms via online registration form (see orange button below) is 7:00pm on July 17, 2026 to avail of early-bird registration (physical notarized forms MUST also be turned in upon arrival and check-in at event registration desk on first (July 31, 2026 for those attending any/all of the three event days) and second (August 1, 2026 for those attending ONLY Sunday) days of event). Payments submitted before 7:00pm on July 17, 2026, qualify for the early-bird registration of $15 per person, which includes all meals during the duration of the event.
Payments submitted after the early-bird registration window will be $20 per person and the only meal included will be Sabbath Lunch.
All registrations submitted AFTER 7:00pm on July 17, 2026, will NOT include meals – it will only include registration to attend the non-meal sessions. No payment is needed for those registrations submitted after the specified deadline.

For those planning to attend all 3 days of the event:
- Early-Bird Registration Payment for access to all 3 event days (Online registration and Adult/Youth consent form(s) MUST be filled out for EACH person attending the event, notarized and submitted BEFORE 7:00pm on July 17, 2026 – no exceptions; electronic payments MUST ALSO be submitted BEFORE 7:00pm on July 17 deadline) = $15 per person – this includes ALL meals on Sabbath and Brunch on Sunday
- Registration for access to all 3 event days after Early-Bird Registration closes = $20 per person – this does NOT include any meals except Sabbath Lunch (Note: Online registration and Adult/Youth consent form(s) MUST be filled out, notarized and submitted BEFORE sundown on July 31, 2026 – no exceptions; all accepted forms of payments can be submitted anytime BEFORE SUNDOWN on Friday, July 31st.)
For those planning to attend on Sabbath Day ONLY:
- Sabbath Day Access = FREE (does NOT include Breakfast or Supper meals; however, Lunch will be served to all who attend church at OFSDA and FAYS event). All persons attending the event will need to fill out and notarize consent forms. On-site notary services will be available.
- Sabbath Day Breakfast and Supper Meal Package only = $10 per person – Sabbath Lunch is already included in this (MUST prepay this via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or PayPal BEFORE 7:00pm on July 17, 2026. No exceptions.)
For those planning to attend on Sunday ONLY:
- Sunday Access = $5 (includes Brunch meal only – can prepay this electronically before July 31st OR pay Cash** upon check-in at event registration desk on Sunday) All persons attending the event will need to fill out and notarize consent forms. On-site notary services will be available.
For electronic payments, please be sure to print/screenshot your payment confirmation and show it to registration upon check in.
**Cash payments will only be accepted on-site on Sunday, August 2, 2026.
No payments of any form will be accepted from sundown to sundown on Friday, July 31, 2026 to Saturday, August 1, 2026.
